Final Result
Motion poster:
I’ve come to realize that my original goal for this project was to create something pretty and cute, and making a motion poster fits perfectly with that vision.
So, as our term came to an end, I decided to render and create a motion poster to promote our project and fulfill my desire to work on motion graphics. It’s a satisfying way to wrap up our work and showcase what we’ve accomplished.
I’m really impressed with how stunning the motion poster turned out. I’m satisfied with the quality of our collaboration project. Even though the MR results aren’t fully comprehensive yet and the animations are quite simple, I’m already impressed by our willingness to learn and grow.

Making of video:
In the making of the video, we also had an interview from the creative lab!
It was such a surprise to have an interview with our tutor, who is also an expert in MR! Our team members from VR took our MR work to the digital space for them to experience. It was really special to receive positive feedback from their perspective, especially since they’re experts in digital artwork.
Their insights and encouragement boosted our confidence and motivated us to keep pushing forward with our project.

Reflection:
I’m incredibly proud of what our team has accomplished. From the initial concept to the final video, we’ve worked together to bring our ideas to life creatively and innovatively.
One of the most rewarding aspects of this project was the collaboration between team members with diverse skills and backgrounds. Each person brought their unique strengths to the table, whether it was in animation, modeling, or video editing.
One challenge we faced was navigating the technical limitations of our tools and platforms, particularly in animation and post-production. However, we were able to overcome these challenges through perseverance and teamwork. In particular, having a team member with experience in post-production was invaluable in helping us create a polished final product.
Looking back, I’m grateful for the opportunity to learn and grow throughout this project. Not only did I gain new technical skills in animation and video editing, but I also learned the importance of effective communication and collaboration in a team setting.
Overall, this project has been a rewarding experience, and I’m excited to continue applying what I’ve learned to future projects. And, I hope I can do more animation for more cute nature 3D artworks also even 2D motion graphics.
Looking back, we had to keep our flower animations simple due to the limits of MR and our beginner skills. But it got me thinking about the future. I hope we can do more than just flowers next time. Maybe we’ll animate trees, animals, or even whole nature scenes.
