W7 Motion graphics – Countdown
Number 1
Like a reunion moment, that all stuffs are coming to the center.
Number 1 is the final cut for this part of the countdown animation. I thought it would be cool to add a bunch of elements surrounding it, making it feel like an ending cut or a “family” moment.
My goal was to unify all the design elements I’ve shown throughout the animation. I struggled with whether to include the squeeze effect, but I kept it because it adds a touch of anticipation before number 1 is revealed.
Number 2
It is the bouncing ball again!
The important animation principles can be applied to every shot.
For the number 2 animation, I thought about how to connect elements from the previous shot.
I used the ball again to link the two scenes seamlessly. Additionally, I added decorative loops in the background, resembling flowers surrounding the number 2, to enhance the visual appeal.
You can see it’s a bouncing ball in this shot. I realized how simple yet fun a bouncing ball can be!
